Comforts for Baby!

I want to tell you about yet another amazing BzzCampaign I got. It's for a brand called Comforts for Baby. This brand is available exclusively at Kroger and their family of stores. I love Kroger and love the idea of getting a less expensive product at a bargain price. I am picky though, I need my products to be high quality and a great value. Especially things for my little one Charlotte.

I jumped at the chance to try the line for free. I got a pack of diapers, wipes, bibs/tags, baby wash or shampoo, and baby lotion. I got all but the bibs and rags, haven't been able to find them yet.

My impression of each item follows:

The diapers are great. They are super absorbent and durable. They are a fantastic value, several dollars less per pack than name brands. I found that they could be used during the day AND night time. I experience off brand diapers suck. They don't hold up at night. I was dubious that these comforts for baby diapers would hold up. But they do!!

The baby wash is really nice. It is similar in texture and smell to brand name and lathers very well. Charlotte loves it and has fun helping wash while playing with the suds. I think the size of the bottle is really nice for the price too. The packaging is cute enough to not feel like it's the bare bones basic. Color and cheeryness really go a long way!

That brigs me to the baby shampoo! Another dead on substutitue that you can get in Lieu of Johnson's and Johnson's. I got the standard original scent. It's yellow and smells just like its twin. Another nice lathering product, no tears either which is fabulous! I love having both of these products. I don't feel like I need to ration myself and Charlotte can have a bit more to play in and practice bath time activities, she loves applying shampoo, just not rinsing or lathering hahahaha!

We also got the baby lotion! I got pink and lavender. He lavender smells great and has a thin consistency. Not ideal, but not something that will deter me from future purchase. The pink is perfect! It dries dry with a powder feeling finish. It's thick and applies evenly and easily. If all the varieties we as thick I would be tickeled!

Haven't found the bibs or rags yet! Grrr! Until then, enjoy my pics of Charlotte enjoying the Comforts for Baby product!

Have you tried comforts for baby yet? If so what do YOU think of their products. If not, why not?! You're missing out!

Garnier Oil-Free Miracle Skin Perfector B.B. Cream

Alright, first post! I want to tell you about the Garnier Oil-Free Miracle Skin Perfector B.B. Cream . This is the new oil-free formula of the original Miracle Skin Perfecter from Garnier. I did not try the original. I am oily skinned for one and when it launched I worked at Sephora, so i was surrounded by all the high end B.B.s. That said, I was very excited to try this oil-free drugstore B.B. Cream, I am always interested in a lower cost variety of products I love and use. Getting to try them for free just sweetens the deal! Free you ask? Well, I am a BzzAgent which means that I will be sent products or coupons for free products to try. Once I try them I Bzz about them- I tweet, talk to friends and family, upload photos or videos, maybe make a pin board or submit recipes, and now I also do blog posts! Exciting huh?!?! Anyway to my thoughts on this B.B. Cream: I opened the package and found a runny thin consistency with a yellow undertone and orange tint to the BB. My...
